Warehousing
The new CGL center is located in Burlington, ON Canada. The 50,000 sq ft facility is centrally located close to major highways QEW, 401, and the 407. We are 35 minutes from the USA border.
The primary warehouse is bonded and equipped with six dock level doors and two drive in doors. The ceiling height is 24 ft clear.
CGL also manages an overflow facility of 25,000 sq ft in order to accommodate peak season facility requirements.
The buildings are secure with a sophisticated system of internal and external cameras that monitor all activity. Our head of Security is a retired detective who oversees all matters related to facility integrity.
Pick & Pack
CGL specializes in the pick and pack process. Orders by cartons, inners, and eaches are all part and parcel of this service.
This is a well-established core competency with performance measures in place. CGL outperforms the industry averages with pick errors running at less than 1%.
CGL currently manages several pick and pack stations in our facilities.
Processing orders for customers that require specialized handling and packaging is what we do best.
